Bugshield Clothing follows a stringent and uncompromised hygiene-centric approach while ascertaining refund against exchange or return apparels. As you claim a refund against return of the product, we believe that it hasn’t been worn, washed and soiled. However, our in-house quality team makes all the returned goods go through a specified quality check to arrive on the conclusion and holds complete right to refuse the refund against return of the product that doesn’t meet the laid quality criterions.

As per Bugshield Clothing Return Policy, there are no special catches, except for sending the items in their original unopened packaging, unwashed, unused and absolutely hygienic. The user has to ensure that the merchandise is in the same condition with all original tags and boxes in tow, to return the order.

Please make sure you always mention the concerned order number against the return and make note of the reference number you will receive after placing the request for return online or through customer support. This return reference number is crucial to be quoted in all future correspondences with BugShield related to the return.

You can return the order with in a period of 03 days after delivery of goods. Timelines for receiving refund in bank accounts depends solely on the bank’s functional policies. Usually it is 14-21 working days.

In case, you are not fully satisfied with your purchased products; you’re allowed to return the order to the warehouse and demand for a refund. At BugShield, we make sure that shopping from us remains a pleasant memory in your head. This is why; we have explained our return policy in a well-comprehensive manner.

In an unfortunate incident, where you have received a replaceable product that is damaged, defective or different from the ordered one, you may return it in same receiving conditions with its original invoice.

Ensure that you are returning the product in its original packaging along with original tags and asking for an exchange, within 03 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

It is requested not to accept delivery of any product whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. Contact our customer care in case you discover the item is damaged when after unsealing the packaging.

If a product is damaged while being used due to the user handling, that product would not be eligible for return or exchange.

BugShield will not entertain any request of return for products that have been tampered with, opened or anyhow used.

Cases where the replacement of damaged/defective products is not possible, BugShield will refund your amount.

At BugShield, we do not to accept the exchange of products that are not to your liking. The value of refund is calculated after deducting any discount voucher or credit coupons from the original price of the product. Also, if you have availed any of the personal products in a combo or a twin product offer, then any claim for return against a single item (not in a pack) will be deemed invalid.

Bugshield has always been proactive in securing complete customer’s satisfaction as far as possible. The liberal cancellation policy is one of the most important steps in this direction. Therefore, we have shared a complete set of conditions where you can cancel the order:

• If you have received a product i.e. faulty/defective or physically damaged.
• If you have received a product which is different from the one shown on website.
• If you have received a product, which is not the one you have ordered.
• If you have received a product that differs in size from the actual one.
• If you have received a damaged or defective product, please fill in the Return Form available on the website. Any request should be reported within 3 days of the receipt of such products. The further course of action will be taken once the request is checked and determined from our end.

On receipt of product that is not the one you have ordered, shown on the website or up to your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service Team within 24 hours about the same. However, firstly you have to fill the “Returns form” facilitating our customer support team to further process the action.

If you have got product that does not fit your size, please report the same by filling the “returns” form on our website. This should be done within 3 days of the receipt of products. We will provide size exchange as long as the products is unworn, unused and an alternate size/fit is available.

No cancellation of orders will be entertained for the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for products which are under limited occasion offers.

If you have complaint regarding products that come under a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.

Bugshield reserves the right to refuse the return or may seek a re-stocking free, in cases, where the item has been damaged, soiled, and worn.
