What courier do you use for deliveries?
At BugShield Clothing, we take pride in shipping the orders by Delhivery, DTDC, Fedex, Ecomm Express and Aramex. You can simply put an email at hello@bugshieldclothing for any kind of questions regarding the shipping policy on a particular order or something.
How long does it take for home delivery?
The Delivery days depends on factors like the Pin Code of Shipping Address. The courier services in that area. If everything is smooth, the delivery should not exceed more than 5 working days (except for North East India). For North East, the delivery ranges for 5 to 8 working days.
I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?
Our cut off point is 3pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 3pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver at weekends and do not have “Express” or “One Day Shipping”.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain bugshieldclothing.com to your safe senders list.
Can I collect from a local store?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.
Please note tracking numbers are only active and trackable Max 2 hours after the order has been collected from our warehouse, approximately 6pm Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 3pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.
Do I have to pay Customs & import charges if I live outside of the India?
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
The customs department of my country have asked me for further information. What should I do?
Each country has its own unique import procedures,which are subject to change. If you have an order held in customs then please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number, via email. We will do our very best to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Firstly you need to know your Size details.

Cash On Delivery (COD) is another convenient way you could buy products off our site. It’s simple really, you browse through the site, select a product and click the COD option (COD Orders are accepted upto INR 4999/-) while checking out. Can BugShield clothing apparel and gear be worn by children, infants and pregnant women?
Yes. Use of Insect Shield products by children of all ages, and pregnant women, is consistent with the EPA registrations of both Insect Shield apparel and gear.
How much protection is provided by BugShield repellent Clothing?
A small item of BugShield clothing provides less repellency than a larger one. You may need to adjust the amount of BugShield clothing you wear, depending on the number of biting insects that are present. For example, you might prefer to wear pants instead of shorts in certain situations; long sleeves instead of short; or add a hat and socks. Topical repellent can be used for exposed skin, and is especially recommended for heavily infested locations.
Does the product have an odour?
No. BugShield protection is invisible, odourless and colorless, and does not change the feel of the garment.
How long will Insect Shield protection last?
The repellency of Insect Shield apparel is EPA-registered to last through 70 launderings—which is more than double the average life expectancy of a garment, as identified by the International Fabric care Institute. This is also well beyond the life of most performance fabric finishes commonly used in the technical-apparel industry.

Why does the BugShield clothing label say “dispose of in trash after use?”
This indicates that Insect Shield products can be simply deposited in the trash and require no special disposal process. Eventually, the repellency becomes exhausted through wearing and washing.
How do you care for BugShield products?
For items that can be washed, normal home washing is recommended. BugShield clothing can be bleached, starched, pressed, etc., without effect on the repellent quality; however, it should not be dry-cleaned.

How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed.
You will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our warehouse.
It says out of stock on your website for my part. How long will it take to get in?
items which are ‘Out of Stock’ vary in timescales to get them back in stock. To get an estimate time please contact us.
The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?
As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be.
You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won’t purchase this item first.
Where is my order?
We will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order. You can also find the tracking number on your order in My Account.
Once the order is placed you will get a confirmation on SMS and Email. There are different stages where you will get an update like:

I have a new email address, and I am unable to reset my password. How do I change my password?

How do I return an item?
Bugshield Clothing follows a stringent and uncompromised hygiene-centric approach while ascertaining refund against exchange or return apparels. As you claim a refund against return of the product, we believe that it hasn’t been worn, washed and soiled. However, our in-house quality team makes all the returned goods go through a specified quality check to arrive on the conclusion and holds complete right to refuse the refund against return of the product that doesn’t meet the laid quality criterions.
What is "ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN" means ?
As per Bugshield Clothing Return Policy, there are no special catches, except for sending the items in their original unopened packaging, unwashed, unused and absolutely hygienic. The user has to ensure that the merchandise is in the same condition with all original tags and boxes in tow, to return the order.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
You can return the order with in a period of 03 days after delivery of goods.
Timelines for receiving refund in bank accounts depends solely on the bank’s functional policies. Usually it is 14-21 working days.
What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
In the unlikely event of damaged/defective or product not as per your liking, you can easily raise a return request by calling our helpline number +91-8264421602 or raise the same online by logging into www.bugshieldclothing.com While raising a return request, we would appreciate if we are made aware of the unfortunate reason for return to help us improve our services in future. Please make sure you always mention the concerned order number against the return and make note of the reference number you will receive after placing the request for return online or through customer support. This return reference number is crucial to be quoted in all future correspondences with BugShield related to the return.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.
Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

What is "DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE OR RETURN POLICY" ?
In case, you are not fully satisfied with your purchased products; you’re allowed to return the order to the warehouse and demand for a refund. At BugShield, we make sure that shopping from us remains a pleasant memory in your head. This is why; we have explained our return policy in a well-comprehensive manner.
In an unfortunate incident, where you have received a replaceable product that is damaged, defective or different from the ordered one, you may return it in same receiving conditions with its original invoice.
Ensure that you are returning the product in its original packaging along with original tags and asking for an exchange, within 03 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
It is requested not to accept delivery of any product whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. Contact our customer care in case you discover the item is damaged when after unsealing the packaging.
If a product is damaged while being used due to the user handling, that product would not be eligible for return or exchange.
BugShield will not entertain any request of return for products that have been tampered with, opened or anyhow used.
Cases where the replacement of damaged/defective products is not possible, BugShield will refund your amount.
